Moline, IL $400K Medical Directorship Physiatry Job | No Call, No Weekends

\n We are the largest physiatry-owned group expanding in the Moline, IL area. This is a Medical Director Position rounding in an IRF setting; full-time can make 400k+ providing a mix of rehab and pain consults including trigger point and joint injections. We offer generous compensation, flexible scheduling, with no call.  \n

\n Responsibilities: \n

\n

\n
• Diagnose and treat patients with physical disabilities and chronic conditions 
\n
• Develop and implement treatment plans 
\n
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress 
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care 
\n
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families 
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records 
\n
• Participate in continuing education and professional development 
\n

\n

\n Requirements: \n

\n

\n
• Board-certified in Physiatry 
\n
• \n

  \n Valid medical license in Illinois\n

\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
\n
• Ability to work well in a team environment 
\n
• Commitment to patient-centered care 
\n
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload 
\n

\n Physical Requirements: \n

\n

\n
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer. 
\n
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 
\n
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards. 
\n
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement. 
\n
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
