\n Medrina is a large, physician-owned practice that has been a national group for over 15 years. We are currently looking to add a Medical Director to the team in our Moline, IL market! This role requires rehab experience!\n

\n Key Responsibilities: \n

\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive medical care to IRF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
\n
• Responsible for full medical management and primary care
\n
• \n

  \n Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR\n

\n
• \n

  \n Administrative duties \n

\n

\n

\n  \n

\n

\n Required Qualifications: \n

\n

\n
• \n

  \n Active and unrestricted Illinois license\n

\n
• Board certified in Internal Medicine
\n
• Active DEA license
\n
• \n

  \n Minimum 1 year of rehab experience required\n

\n
• \n

  \n Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations\n

\n
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills
\n

\n

\n  \n

\n

\n Preferred Experience: \n

\n

\n
• \n

  \n Skilled Nursing Facility or post-acute care experience\n

\n
• Inpatient hospitalist
\n
• Geriatric Medicine
\n

\n

\n  \n

\n

\n Physical Requirements: \n

\n

\n
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer. 
\n
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 
\n
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards. 
\n
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement. 
\n
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
\n
