Looking for a prep/ line cook for partial full time position.
Possibly up to 5 days a week, Wednesday through Sunday- 2pm to 9pm
25 to 32 hours a week, possibly more
Some of their key duties and responsibilities include:
- Pantry/ Garde manger/ Hot line
- Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
- Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks
- Plating prepared foods
- Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
French bistro, authentic French cuisine.
Potential for managing another restaurant on same block, although different concept, with additional salary.
