Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted resource instruction for middle school students, utilizing evidence-based strategies to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Adapt curriculum and modify assignments as necessary to ensure accessibility for all learners
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports according to state and federal guidelines
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment focused on respect and achievement
• Engage in meetings and communicate regularly with general education teachers, specialists, and families to support student growth
• Participate in professional development and training as required
