*$200.00 BONUS after 90 days of employment if the employee meets the following criteria:
1. Employee has not called in during the first 90 days of work
2. Employee has had no write-ups within the first 90 days
*Please note: Employees who receive the 90 days bonus must return the entire bonus if their employment is terminated before their one year anniversary*

SUMMARY : This is a caretaker position that focuses on helping developmentally disabled adults become the best person they can possibly be in their home and community. You will be teaching them daily living skills, transporting them to appointments, distributing medications, ensuring their health and safety and helping keep a clean home where they live.

We are hiring a caretaker on Mondays through Fridays from 2:30pm-10pm. 

We are also hiring  a caretaker for Saturday and Sunday, overnight shift from 8am-8pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 21 years of age plus High School diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of or skills applicable to working with the developmentally disabled
• Current Fingerprint Card
• Current Article 9 certification
• Current Prevention and Support certification
• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Ability to understand and carry out written and verbal directions.
• Ability to work as a team member, with minimal supervision.
• You must have an AZ Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Strength, flexibility and compassionate personality required to aid members of group home in daily living skills and all required activities
• Background check will be on all applicants and must come back clean

STARTING RATE OF PAY: $15.15

Needed: We are in need of a direct care worker available to work:
Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10pm
Saturdays 8am-Sunday 8pm
Sundays 8am-Monday 8pm
