Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an industrial engineer for an oil company, bringing a problem-solving mindset and strong work ethic into the business. We stay involved in the community through local events, sponsoring high school tennis, and participating in charity golf outings. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As an attentive, sociable, and sales‑minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
