Kelly® is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician for Stanley Black & Decker in Dallas, TX. This role supports facility upkeep and equipment maintenance in a global manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule:

• $21.21/hr, Weekly Pay

• 1st shift: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

• General building repairs (drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, concrete)

• Maintain HVAC, chillers, boilers, air compressors, dryers

• Assist with equipment moves and installs

• Support preventive maintenance and seasonal prep

• Help with 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED (Technical School preferred)

• 3+ years' facilities/maintenance experience

• Strong HVAC knowledge; licensed electrician a plus

• Microsoft Office and CMMS experience

• Ability to work independently, complete work orders, and communicate effectively

• Must be able to lift up to 33 lbs; exposure to noise, machinery, and varied temperatures
