Your Impact As a Strategic Program Manager, you will lead large‑scale data center programs from award through delivery, ensuring customer commitments are executed with speed, precision, and accountability. This role is critical to aligning cross‑functional teams, driving operational execution, and protecting both profitability and customer trust as we scale. Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle execution of awarded programs from purchase order receipt through final delivery. Drive cross‑functional planning sessions to align scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs. Partner across manufacturing, field operations, procurement, service, and customer teams to ensure projects stay on track. Monitor schedules, identify root causes of delays, and lead proactive problem‑solving efforts to minimize disruption. Manage program budgets, change orders, and profitability targets with strong operational discipline. Champion continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes and improve execution speed across the business. Capture lessons learned and operational wins during project closeout to support future scalability and repeatability. Qualifications 5+ years of program or project management experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or related environments. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross‑functional deliverables. Excellent systems fluency including ERP systems, Excel, and project management tools. Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced environments. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to detail. Experience supporting data center infrastructure, modular manufacturing, or scalable product delivery is strongly preferred. PMP, CPM, or equivalent project/program management certification is a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead with Speed, Judgment, and Accountability.
