Family Medicine Physician, Rural Medicine in Montana

300,000 base salary DOE, Student Loan Repayment

Step into a full-scope outpatient practice where your clinical skills are highly valued and immediately impactful. Based in a respected critical-access facility serving a multi-state region; this role offers a secure base, low patient volumes in the clinic, and an exceptional financial support package. We need someone who can handle the critical patients that come to us and can handle the high aquity. Gain great experience seeing ER patients and then you can see them in clinic for follow-up.

Practice Overview:

• You'll join a well-established clinic located in Eastern Montana
• Outpatient with the need for our provider to work ER shifts
• Daily patient volume of 12-15 to allow for meaningful patient interactions seeing babies to geriatric patients
• Robust support team where you will get AMAZING Experience and be VERY Busy

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule with half-day Fridays
• No nights or weekend clinic; 1-2 ER shifts per week (we will work with you on this)
• Protected administrative time and collegial environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary with additional incentives
• 1,600/month housing stipend for the first year
• Full benefits including health, retirement, malpractice, and generous PTO

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Open to new graduates or experienced physicians
• Must be eligible for Montana licensure
• Comfortable practicing in a rural, full-spectrum outpatient setting
