Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Hampshire state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in evaluation, goal writing, treatment planning, and documentation consistent with payer and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to discipline-specific therapy staff and participate in student training as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with safe patient handling and outpatient modalities and functional rehabilitation.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic and familiarity with electronic medical records.
