Construction Superintendent

Salary: $100-140K (Salary Based on Experience) + Bonus We're looking for a Superintendent with a strong commercial construction background and the ability to lead projects with multiple trades, complex coordination, and demanding schedules. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on field leader who enjoys managing complex projects, coordinating multiple trades, solving problems, and taking ownership of the finished product Projects may include commercial interiors, technical facilities, life science, healthcare, mission critical, renovations, and other complex commercial construction. Experience with highly technical projects is a plus, but strong commercial Superintendents with a proven ability to manage complex work and learn quickly are encouraged to apply. Ideal experience may include: Commercial construction Class-A office or corporate interiors Healthcare or medical construction Life science or laboratory projects Mission critical or technical facilities Complex renovations or occupied renovations High-end interior construction Ground-up commercial projects Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar field leadership role with a commercial general contractor Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating day-to-day field operations Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience managing commercial interiors, renovations, technical construction, or ground-up projects Strong understanding of jobsite safety and quality control Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, clients, architects, and trade partners Ability to work on projects throughout the Raleigh-Durham area #J-18808-Ljbffr
