The Sales Specialist is an integral part of the Greyson Clothiers team. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Knowledge: Provide detailed product information and share enthusiasm for Greyson’s offerings, guiding clients in their selections.
• Inventory Management: Monitor sales floor inventory to ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders, maintaining attention to detail.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints proactively and professionally.
• Operational Support: Assist with daily operational needs, demonstrating dependability and readiness to contribute to the team.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong rapport-building skills and a passion for customer interaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
