MoveDocs is hiring a Processing Associate to join our growing Processing team. We are seeking a self-starter who can perform data entry at a high level of understanding and production. The qualified candidate must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Come join our team and grow along with our business!

This position is based in our Las Vegas, Nevada or Denver, CO office.

Responsibilities:

• Compiles, verifies, and sorts information from medical provider bills to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, corrects incompatibilities, and reviews output.
• Enters customer and account data from source documents within specified time limits; inputs medical provider bills into our system so accounting can create invoices. Will continually work with complex accounts that require critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Maintains strict HIPPA compliance for all customer information.
• Performs basic math calculations to determine appropriate rates for some medical provider services.
