Temporary HR AssistantLHH Recruitment is working with a manufacturing company in Mesa who is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary HR Assistant to join their team while covering a maternity leave. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting HR operations, providing excellent employee service, and working in a fast-paced environment. This is fully onsite, compensating up to $28/hr.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Human Resources teamAssist with onboarding and new hire paperworkMaintain employee records and ensure accurate documentationProcess employment verifications and personnel file requestsSchedule interviews, meetings, and employee orientationsAssist with benefits enrollment and HR documentationRespond to employee questions regarding HR policies and proceduresSupport recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews and communicating with candidatesPrepare reports, spreadsheets, and other HR-related documentsPerform data entry and maintain confidentiality of employee informationAssist with special HR projects as assignedQualifications2+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting Human ResourcesPrevious HR Assistant or Human Resources administrative experience preferredStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with professionalismStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExperience with an HRIS system is a plus
