Our client, a leading organization in the technology and marketing sector, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Marketing Insights Researcher to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the Marketing Insights department supporting strategic marketing initiatives, you will play a key role in understanding user and customer behaviors to maximize value across platforms and services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, collaborative spirit, and a passion for driving impactful marketing strategies that connect people and businesses in meaningful ways.

Job Title: Marketing Insights Researcher

Location: Remote

Contract Length: 3-24 Month Contract

Pay Range: $75-$80/hour

What's the Job?

• Identify opportunities and develop comprehensive learning agendas in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as User Experience Research, Data Science, and Creative to support business objectives.
• Frame strategic decisions, drive alignment, and facilitate progress by ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Design and execute both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to inform decision-making, strategic planning, and marketing initiatives.
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights with compelling recommendations that motivate organizational change and marketing success.
• Support the development of marketing and brand strategies, campaign development, product launches, and retail/channel strategies through insightful research.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of research experience with expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods applied in a business context.
• Proven ability to shape insights-driven marketing campaigns and product launches from conception to execution, with a focus on strategic alignment and business outcomes.
• Strong strategic leadership skills, including resolving ambiguity, driving cross-functional alignment, and influencing decision-making in evolving environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce clear, impactful reports and presentations.
• Experience working collaboratively across diverse teams to achieve shared goals and deliver measurable results.
