ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I've been with State Farm for 10 years and just celebrated my 5th anniversary as an agent on December 7th! I'm proud to lead a team of four amazing women who bring diverse backgrounds to our office, including banking, teaching, auto sales, respiratory therapy, and even a YouTube influencer with over 100K followers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Amy Davis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Our office is located in Round Rock, TX.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
• We have 18 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
• Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel and Legion of Honor
