We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, technical business environment. This is an on-site, temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced CSR who enjoys problem-solving, learning technical systems, and delivering high-quality customer support.

This role is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical or B2B setting, who are strong communicators and quick learners.

What You'll Do

• Support customers via phone and email in a high-volume environment
• Troubleshoot customer questions using strong critical-thinking skills
• Prepare accurate quotes, orders, and documentation
• Clearly explain technical processes and requirements to customers
• Take detailed notes and document all interactions in an internal CRM
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of customer service experience (technical environment preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent note-taking habits
• Naturally curious — asks good questions and thinks through problems
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools
• Experience working with CRM platforms or internal databases
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
