Commercial Loan Officer

Responsibilities Achieving or exceeding annual commercial real estate loan production targets Directly sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and closing CRE transactions Actively managing an assigned CRE portfolio, including covenant monitoring and annual reviews Collaborating with credit and underwriting teams to facilitate timely loan approvals Driving deposit growth by cross-selling cash management, treasury, and business checking solutions Developing deposit strategies tied to loan products Establishing deep, multi-product relationships to increase member retention Identifying and cultivating relationships with high-potential commercial members Providing compliance and regulatory oversight to commercial real estate lending practices Ensuring loans are structured appropriately to mitigate risks while meeting clients’ needs Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience within the financial services industry Most recent 5 years must be commercial real estate lending focused Proven track record in originating, structuring, and managing commercial real estate loans Extensive experience in deposit growth strategies, cross-selling, and relationship management Deep knowledge of credit analysis, underwriting, and risk management practices within commercial real estate lending Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the financial industry #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
