Sales Manager - E-commerce Solutions

Are you an expert at helping e-commerce brands grow? Cloudprinter is looking for a Sales Manager - E-commerce to help online retailers, marketplaces, and global brands automate their print fulfillment through our API and app integrations. In this role, you will focus on the booming e-commerce sector, showing brands how to eliminate inventory headaches and ship locally in 100+ countries. Key Responsibilities E-commerce Business Development: Identify and close deals with fast-growing e-commerce brands and platforms. Platform Expertise: Educate clients on how Cloudprinter integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and custom-built stores. Consultative Selling: Help merchants optimize their global shipping costs and carbon footprint by using our "print local" network. Demo & Onboard: Lead product demonstrations and guide new merchants through their first API integration or app setup. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with e-commerce agencies and consultants to build a referral pipeline. CRM Management: Maintain a clean pipeline and provide accurate monthly sales forecasts. What We’re Looking For Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically targeting the e-commerce or retail technology sector. Technical Knowledge: You understand how e-commerce platforms work (APIs, webhooks, and plugins). Network: An existing network of e-commerce brand owners or agencies is a huge plus. Drive: You are a "hunter" who enjoys opening doors and closing mid‑market to enterprise-level deals.
