Assistant in Training Path to Store Manager

Buckle in Nampa, Idaho is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our guests. The role supports training Teammates, stepping in for the Store Manager when needed, and driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.
The position emphasizes leadership, coaching, and ownership of store performance across sales, merchandising and guest services, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager as responsibilities
