Job Title: Customer Service Admin Location-Type: Onsite, Henderson, NV 89074 Start Date: Approximately 2 weeks from verbal offer Duration: Contract, 3 month contract  Compensation Range: $40-55/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role supports the client's technical operations team by providing hands-on technical support, data entry, and administrative assistance within a fast-paced financial services environment. Job Summary •Learn and navigate the client's proprietary software to create profiles, test cards, and input program setup data •Provide technical support across Windows, Active Directory, M365, Outlook, and Excel •Process and manage data entry with accuracy and attention to detail •Work within a ticketing system (Jira) to track, manage, and resolve support requests •Assist with EMV and chip profile setup and configuration tasks •Support administrative functions within the team's MRP/ERP/CRM workflows •Operate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a self-motivated, solutions-oriented approach Minimum Requirements: •2 years of hands-on technical support experience (internship experience does not qualify) •Proficiency with Windows, Active Directory, M365, Outlook, and basic Excel •Experience working within a ticketing or project management system (Jira or similar) •Demonstrated ability to perform data entry and administrative tasks with accuracy •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a go-getter, self-motivated attitude Preferred Qualifications: •Background in Software QA or quality control, particularly involving code or systems testing •Experience in the financial services or card-payment industry (carding, EMV, or chip profiles) •Familiarity with cryptography key loading or chip profile building (N2H) •Stable work history with consistent tenure across roles
