Location: Henderson, NV On-Site with Hybrid/Remote Potential
Pay: $12.00/hr base + Uncapped Commission (Target Earnings: $23.00$27.00+/hr)
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday (approx. 6:00 AM 2:30 PM)

What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to business owners and key decision-makers across the commercial sector.
- Present customized commercial solutions to lower costs and optimize business operations.
- Build rapport, uncover client needs, and aggressively close new business deals.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly revenue performance goals.
- Track leads, calls, and conversions accurately within the CRM platform.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or B2B business development.
- Confident, persuasive phone presence with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven ability to build quick trust with business executives.
- Tech-savvy with experience navigating CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- A self-motivated, hungry mindset driven by commission and performance targets.
