Communications Associate (Planetary Health Alliance)

Johns Hopkins, founded in 1876, is America's first researchuniversity and home to nine world-class academic divisions workingtogether as one university. We are seeking a Communications Associate who willbe responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive tactical communications plan for a designated area ofresponsibility. Provides consultation and recommendations relatedto the development of communication media for major publicationsand/or significant initiatives and programs. Responsible for thewriting and production of a wide variety of communication vehicles,including marketing and promotional materials and publications. Specific Duties & Responsibilities Generate and recommend original and creative approaches tocommunicate, market, and/or promote specific subject matter. Serve as a subject matter expert for multiple communicationsvehicles. Write and edit multiple and varied publications, reports, webpages, grants, executive remarks, and news releases. Conduct interviews, research, and information gathering. Manage production of materials, including selection and layoutof artwork, graphics, pictures, and illustrations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
