Marketing Manager

A Boca Raton-based company is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to plan and execute digital campaigns that build awareness, engage customers, and support sales. This position combines social media, content development, external partnerships, campaign coordination, and performance reporting. The Marketing Manager will work closely with internal teams and outside creative partners to move multiple initiatives forward. Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and social channels. Manage the marketing calendar for promotions, launches, and ongoing content. Coordinate written, visual, video, and customer-generated content. Develop relationships with influencers, affiliates, creators, and other marketing partners. Manage partner outreach, negotiations, campaign details, deliverables, and results. Support promotional initiatives, events, creative projects, and marketing production. Work across departments to keep messaging and campaign execution aligned. Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, traffic, conversions, and revenue. Use performance data to adjust campaigns and identify new marketing opportunities. Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Two or more years of relevant marketing experience. Hands‑on experience with social media, content, influencer, and affiliate marketing. Experience using major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Familiarity with affiliate platforms. Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design and video tools. Strong writing, communication, organization, and project management skills. Ability to evaluate campaign performance and make data‑informed adjustments. Experience in beauty, haircare, skincare, wellness, consumer lifestyle, or a related industry is preferred.
