Affiliate Marketing Manager

This role blends relationship management, program strategy, and performance marketing. You'll manage the full lifecycle of our affiliate programs: recruiting the right partners, equipping them to succeed, tracking performance, and continuously optimizing commission structures and campaigns to grow revenue. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships as much as analyzing dashboards, and who's comfortable operating across very different partner types. Responsibilities also include Program Management, Partner Recruitment & Relationship Management, Enablement & Content, Performance & Optimization, and Cross-Functional Collaboration. Qualifications: 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate, partner, or influencer marketing (DTC, beauty, wellness, or medical device experience a plus) Hands‑on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Refersion, ShareASale, Impact, Awin, PartnerStack, or similar) Strong relationship‑management skills — comfortable communicating with both medical professionals and social media creators Data‑driven mindset; comfortable pulling and interpreting performance reports to guide decisions Experience managing compliance‑sensitive marketing content (FDA, FTC disclosure requirements, or similar regulated industries) is a strong plus Excellent written communication for partner‑facing materials and outreach Self‑starter who can manage multiple partner segments and priorities simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr
