Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply
• Prior experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide tailored treatment for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with the educational team
• Document and report progress in accordance with school and district guidelines
• Offer consultative support and resources to teachers, staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team sessions, and professional development opportunities
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations and procedures
