Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs are welcome
• Prior experience working in a school environment or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs, in coordination with educators and families
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings
• Track and document progress while maintaining clear and timely communication with the school team and parents
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute knowledgeable input for student support
• Stay current on best practices in the field of speech-language pathology and school-based services
