Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) required
• Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school settings, is strongly preferred
• Enthusiastic about working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
• Skilled in delivering engaging, evidence-based interventions
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload
• Adaptable, positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Deliver direct, small-group, and individual speech-language therapy sessions
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and assist with assessments as needed
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities onsite
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families regarding treatment plans and student progress
