Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current SLP license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status welcomed
• Experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities through evaluations and observations
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy tailored to diverse student needs
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in meetings as part of the IEP team
• Offer guidance and strategies for teachers and parents to support students’ goals
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging educational environment
