Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families for coherent patient care strategies.
Provide educational resources for patients and their families to foster development outside of therapeutic settings.
Handle occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy interventions, ensuring a smooth continuum of care through each step of the process.
Maintain thorough and timely documentation adhering to regulations from state, federal, and organizational standards.
Keep abreast of the latest advancements in the field through continued education and interactions with peers.

Flexible in adapting therapy methodologies to cater to various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation protocols.
Attractive compensation based on experience.
Flexible scheduling to ensure a healthy work-life balance and diverse case load.
Potential to specialize in areas like pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatric care.
