We are seeking a  service-oriented, enthusiastic, and sales-driven Medical Aesthetician /Registered Nurse to join our Springfield, NJ team. The ideal candidate is professional, passionate about aesthetics, and thrives in a client-focused environment.

Position Summary
As a Medical Aesthetician /Registered Nurse , you will perform advanced cosmetic treatments, educate clients on skincare regimens, and play an important role in supporting the clinic’s growth. You will ensure each client receives the highest level of care while creating a welcoming and results-driven experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, laser treatments, body sculpting, and cavitation.
• Educate clients on treatment options and develop individualized skincare plans.
• Document patient encounters and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Provide follow-up support via phone and email, including promotional updates and new service offerings.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience—guiding patients with warmth and care through their aesthetic journey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with retail sales of skincare lines.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure clinic operations run smoothly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Aesthetician (Required).
• RN Currently Licensed in NJ (Required).
• Additional skincare certifications preferred.
• Experience with  Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Aquapure, TCA Peels, and Cavitation treatments .
• Strong knowledge of dermatology and skin variations.
• Effective sales skills and prior sales experience.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented.
• Bilingual skills are a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $30.00 – $50.00/hour , based on experience.
• Commission, tips, and performance bonuses.

Schedule

• Part-time positions available (2 days during the week,Tuesday to Friday).
• Saturdays required.
• 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

Work Location

• In person – Springfield, NJ
• Candidates must be able to commute or relocate prior to starting work.
