With multiple successful locations and continued growth, we are looking for a passionate and experienced  Nurse Practitioner to join our team in  Short Hills, New Jersey .

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and client-focused  Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP)with experience in aesthetic procedures. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional results, building strong client relationships, and helping grow our aesthetics practice.

This role will focus on performing injectable treatments while also educating clients on treatment options and creating customized aesthetic plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including:
• Botox®
• Dysport®
• Dermal Fillers (RHA, Versa, Restylane, Juvederm, etc.)
• Sculptra®
• PRP/PRF Injections (training available if needed)
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's goals.
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected results, and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records.
• Follow all medical protocols, safety standards, and infection control guidelines.
• Recommend additional treatments and skincare products when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the medical aesthetics team to provide an outstanding client experience.
• Assist with clinic events, promotions, and educational consultations as needed.

Qualifications

• Active  New Jersey Nurse Practitioner License (Required)
• DEA license (if applicable)
• Minimum of 1*  year of aesthetic injecting experience preferred*
• Experience performing Botox and dermal fillers required.
• Experience with Sculptra preferred.
• Experience with PRP/PRF is a plus (training available).
• Excellent consultation and communication skills.
• Strong customer service and patient care skills.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Sales experience in a medical spa or aesthetics practice is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Saturday availability is preferred.

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Current malpractice insurance (if applicable).
• Successful completion of a background check before employment.
