What We’re Seeking:

• NASP certification or LSSP from the Louisiana State Board of Examiners and Psychologists (required)
• Experience with psychoeducational assessments and IDEA compliance
• Skilled in interpreting assessment data and drafting detailed evaluation reports
• Understanding of special education criteria and multidisciplinary processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Comfortable collaborating with educational diagnosticians, administrators, and allied professionals
• Bilingual ability is a plus
• Successful completion of background check/fingerprinting

Responsibilities:

• Deliver educational assessments and written reports promptly
• Provide referrals and direct services to students and families
• Implement intervention strategies and collaborate with teachers and staff
• Maintain documentation for accountability and compliance
• Participate in trainings and explain assessment processes to parents and educators
• Select, administer, score, and interpret assessment tools
• Help plan instructional or behavioral interventions
