Chinese Legal Assistant

The subsidiary in the US is focusing on financing and investment industry to boost company growth. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Legal Assistant located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing administrative support, assisting with legal tasks, and ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams. The role demands organizational proficiency and a keen eye for detail to contribute to the smooth operation of legal processes. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Law and legal procedures Experience with Legal Document Preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance Proficiency in Communication and the ability to establish clear and professional interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders Skills in Administrative Assistance and supporting various legal and office-related tasks Practical experience as a Legal Assistant or comparable role in a legal setting Ability to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
