The practice has a long-standing presence in the community, a high patient volume, and a strong internal referral network. COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE $400,000+ annual base compensation Performance-based bonus incentives Compensation is negotiable based on experience, subspecialty or procedural focus, patient volume, productivity, and schedule preferences. POSITION OVERVIEW The Urologist will provide comprehensive outpatient urologic care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and longitudinal management of urologic conditions. Access to in-house diagnostics, imaging, and specialty referrals is available. Procedural and surgical care is coordinated based on training and patient needs. This is a patient-facing, clinically autonomous role supported by an experienced care team and established operational infrastructure.
