Premier cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medicine practice in southern California is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve in a dual clinical and operational leadership role within a high-end patient-focused setting. Responsibilities include providing aesthetic and cosmetic surgery patient care, assisting with procedures, coordinating patient services, overseeing daily office operations, and supporting an exceptional patient experience, with a competitive compensation package.
- Active and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Minimum of two years of experience in cosmetic surgery, aesthetic medicine, or a related specialty
- Experience assisting with surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures
- Strong patient coordination, patient navigation, and customer service skills
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and office management abilities
- Collaborative professional with excellent communication skills and a commitment to operational excellence
