Who We’re Looking For
BODYBAR Pilates is looking for a high-energy, people-loving Sales Associate to help grow our member base and create an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive sales, lead community events, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while working alongside a fun, motivated team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—from generating leads and making outbound calls to converting prospects into memberships. 
• Welcome every member and every prospect with genuine hospitality, creating an exceptional first impression from the moment they walk through our doors. 
• Respond promptly to phone calls, text messages, emails, and other member inquiries. 
• Schedule Intro Classes, tours, and appointments while maintaining accurate records in our CRM. 
• Build lasting relationships with members and prospects through proactive follow-up and personalized communication. 
• Achieve daily and weekly performance goals, including calls, appointments booked, Intro Classes, membership sales, and member retention. 
• Represent BODYBAR Pilates in the community by participating in local events, networking opportunities, and lead-generation activities. 
• Create engaging social media content that reflects our brand and studio culture. 
• Maintain an organized, welcoming, and impeccably clean studio environment that reflects the BODYBAR experience. 
• Support members before and after class by providing exceptional customer service and helping create a positive, energetic studio atmosphere. 
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager and instructor team to ensure every member receives a seamless, high-quality experience.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email
• Passionate about fitness
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
• Proficient with computers and studio software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college preferred
