Local Team Collaboration:

\n
• Join our team of Intensivist physicians and Advanced Practice. Providers caring for patients 24/7 in the 24-bed ICU.
\n
• Work alongside our specialized team caring for ECMO and Impella patients.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Board-certified in Critical Care medicine (MD or DO).
\n
• Must have experience managing ECMO patients; added benefit if experienced with cannulation.
\n
• Active Texas license.
\n
• Authorization to work in the United States.
\n

Scheduling:

\n
• PRN shift coverage offers flexibility to schedule shifts as available and based on program coverage needs. Anticipated 3-5 available shifts per month.
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Work collaboratively to care for patients in the medical, surgical, and cardiac ICUs
\n
• Candidates must have a commitment to excellence in clinical service, be forward-thinking, demonstrate problem-solving abilities necessary in the ICU, and demonstrate the ability to work as a team member and perform all technical skills in the critical care setting
\n
