Northwest Medical Center Houghton is seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine physicians to join its Hospital Medicine team in Tucson, Arizona. This opportunity offers flexible employment options (W-2, 1099, full-time, part-time, or PRN) within a collaborative, physician-led inpatient environment supported by strong clinical teams and residency programs. • Must be comfortable doing procedures
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients
• Work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes
• Participate in our Transitional Year Residency Program and fully accredited Internal Medicine Program
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with 12-hour shifts and 24-hour Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support

Qualifications:

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform procedures
• Able to work in an open ICU
