Part-Time Pilates Reformer Instructor (Independent Contractor)
Vineyards Wellness Center & Spa is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our team as an Independent Contractor . We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about health and wellness and committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our members.

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead safe, engaging, and effective Pilates Reformer classes for members of varying fitness levels.
- Provide clear instruction on proper form, alignment, and technique.
- Modify exercises to accommodate individual abilities and physical limitations.
- Create a positive, motivating, and supportive class environment.
- Ensure the safe use and cleanliness of Pilates equipment.
- Build strong relationships with members through outstanding customer service and professionalism.
- Maintain current knowledge of Pilates techniques and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Full Pilates Reformer certification with a minimum of 200 hours of instructor training .
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience teaching Pilates Reformer classes.
- Current CPR/AED certification .
- Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively lead both individual and group Reformer sessions.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and proper exercise technique.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and seasonal demand.
