Werde Teil unseres Cybus Sales Teams als (Sr.) Enterprise Account Executive (gn) und begeistere potenzielle Industriekunden von Cybus Connectware.

Das machen wir

Angesichts der heutigen, vielfltigen Produktion und des Klimawandels stellen wir uns der Herausforderung, wie in der Fertigungsindustrie zuknftig weniger Ressourcen und Energie verbraucht und weniger Abfall produziert werden knnen. Cybus bercksichtigt mit dem Software Produkt Connectware diese Anforderungen. Cybus Connectware ermglicht effiziente und intelligente Produktionsprozesse in Fabriken, indem sie verschiedene Maschinentypen miteinander verbindet, unterschiedliche Datenstze konsolidiert und die Daten fr z.B. Visualisierungs- oder Analysezwecke bereitstellt. Auf diese Weise werden OT (Operational Technology) und IT miteinander verbunden, was es Fabriken ermglicht, intelligent und ressourcenbewusst zu agieren.

Stelle und Aufgaben

Als (Sr.) Enterprise Account Executive leistest Du einen bedeutenden Beitrag zum Wachstum und Erfolg von Cybus, indem Du gezielt den Ausbau von Geschftsbeziehungen mit neuen und bestehenden Unternehmenskunden vorantreiben, um das Erreichen der Umsatzziele zu untersttzen.

  • Du schliet die ambitioniertesten Deals im DACH-Manufacturing von der ersten Discovery bis zur Unterschrift, mit einem durchschnittlichen ACV von EUR 80-150k und Kunden, deren Logos Du stolz auf Deiner Referenzliste haben wirst.
  • Du besitzt Dein Territorium wie Deinen eigenen Business-Case baust eigenverantwortlich eine 4x-Pipeline aus Outbound, Netzwerk, Events und enger Zusammenarbeit mit SDR, Marketing und unseren Technologie-Partnern.
  • Du navigierst komplexe Multi-Stakeholder-Deals souvern durch 3-6-kpfige Buying Committees Werksleitung, CIO/CTO, OT-Engineering und behltst ber 4-9 Monate Sales-Cycle die Fden in der Hand.
  • Du erzhlst die beste Story im Markt bersetzt Unified Namespace, OT/IT-Integration und Cybus Connectware gemeinsam mit unseren Pre-Sales-Engineers in Value Propositions, die C-Level nicht nur verstehen, sondern kaufen wollen.
  • Du prgst unser Produkt aktiv mit Deine Deal-Insights landen direkt in der Roadmap, im wchentlichen Austausch mit Produkt und Founding Team. Du bist nicht nur Verkufer, sondern die Stimme des Marktes bei Cybus

Das bringst du mit

Deine Qualifikationen und Fhigkeiten

  • 5+ Jahre Enterprise SaaS / Software Sales im DACH-Markt, idealerweise Industrial IoT, MES, Manufacturing Software, Data Platforms, MQTT, Unified Namespace oder angrenzend
  • Nachweisbare Historie persnlich abgeschlossener Deals ab EUR 80k ACV mit Buying Committees ab 3 Stakeholdern inkl. C-Level
  • Sicherer Umgang mit einer modernen Sales-Methodik (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message o..).
  • Souvernitt im Verkauf einer Challenger-Marke Storytelling, Kategorien-Gestaltung, Umgang mit geringer Brand Awareness.
  • Deutsch C1+ und verhandlungssicheres Englisch (customer-facing in beiden Sprachen).
  • Reisebereitschaft im DACH-Raum (ca. 40-60%)
