Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Technical Support Manager to support and maintain vending service operations. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting customers, and ensuring uptime across vending machines and related equipment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Provide frontline technical support for vending machines, payment systems, and related hardware/software
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues (mechanical, electrical, or connectivity-related) in a timely manner
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer support inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
Coordinate with field technicians and vendors to resolve escalated issues
Track and document incidents, service requests, and resolutions
Assist with installation, setup, and configuration of vending equipment as needed
Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain knowledge of new technologies and systems within vending and payment solutions

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years of customer support experience (required)
Strong problem-solving skills with a technical aptitude
Ability to work independently and take initiative (self-starter mindset)
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, hardware, software troubleshooting, or networking concepts


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, vending, or field service environments
Familiarity with vending machines, kiosks, or payment systems
Exposure to ticketing systems or service management tools
