Warehouse Operator (Forklift) C Crew (7am7pm) Location: Canaan, CT (On-site) Pay Rate: $23.00/hour Type: Temporary (W2) | 40 hrs/week Openings: 1 About the role Were hiring a Warehouse Operator with forklift experience to support warehouse material handling operations. This is an on-site position in Canaan, CT and is currently intended as a backfill for an associate on leave (assignment may be extended). Shift / Schedule (C Crew Alternating) 7:00 AM 7:00 PM This is an alternating schedule : Week 1: Mon / Tue / Fri / Sat / Sun Week 2: Wed / Fri (Repeats every two weeks) What youll do Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods throughout the facility Follow SOPs and quality guidelines to complete routine warehouse tasks Maintain basic records as needed Work effectively in a metrics-driven environment with general to limited supervision Requirements Forklift operator experience High school diploma (or equivalent) 01 year of warehouse or related experience/training (preferred, not required) Ability to read/write English and perform basic math Basic computer skills Ability to meet physical demands such as standing/walking, lifting, reaching, pushing/pulling, and repetitive hand use Screening / Compliance Drug Screen: 10-panel Benefits Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days 401(k) with company match available after 1 year Interested?
