Senior Animator

The full-time Senior Animator will create high-quality character and gameplay animations for an unannounced PvE co-op action game, working remotely and independently to enhance character performance and gameplay feel while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Create high-quality character, gameplay, and combat animation Own animation from rigging and implementation through final polish, ensuring smooth integration with other assets Identify technical challenges and improve workflows, leveraging AI-assisted tools when beneficial Required qualifications A portfolio demonstrating exceptional animation work Strong understanding of character performance, facial expressions, and gameplay readability Proficient rigging skills and experience implementing animation content in Unreal Engine Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment Comfort discussing technical and creative tradeoffs with various stakeholders
