Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for PanCare of Florida in Panama City, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Executive leadership opportunity within a growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
• Lead provider performance, clinical quality, and strategic growth initiatives
• Maintain a balanced administrative and clinical practice
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to strengthen operations and patient outcomes
• Drive provider engagement, quality improvement, and organizational growth while maintaining a strong clinical presence

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary Target of $250,000
• Up to $300,000 for the Right Candidate

SCHEDULE
• Full-Time Leadership Position
• Outpatient Clinical Environment
• Combination of Administrative and Clinical Responsibilities

• Board Certified Primary Care Physician REQUIRED
• Current Chief Medical Officer Experience within an FQHC REQUIRED
• Strong Knowledge of UDS, HEDIS, and HRSA Compliance
• Proven Executive Leadership Experience
• Ability to Improve Clinical Quality, Provider Performance, and Organizational Growth
• Strong Relationship Building and Provider Development Skills
