Maintenance Lead

Direct-Hire Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, minimizing downtime, and supporting overall equipment reliability.   

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a production environment
• strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated equipment preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• strong understanding of preventative maintenance practices

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment including motors, conveyors, pumps, and automated systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform timely repairs
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Assist in training and supporting junior maintenance staff
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
