Job Description

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
• Foster a collaborative work environment to achieve project goals effectively.

A successful Senior Construction PM/Super should have:

• A background in managing construction projects, with expertise in project planning and execution.
  • Specific experience in healthcare construction
• Strong leadership skills to oversee teams and maintain project timelines.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for construction projects.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards within the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
