Director of Digital Marketing

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth initiatives. Lead annual and quarterly digital marketing planning, including campaign roadmaps, budgets, channel strategies, and performance objectives. Oversee integrated digital campaigns across paid search (SEM), SEO, display advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, affiliate marketing, and programmatic media. Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, CRM, Analytics, and IT teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaign execution. Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion strategies across the digital ecosystem. Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), customer lifetime value (CLV), and conversion rates. Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to optimize marketing investments and improve business outcomes. Lead digital media planning, budget allocation, and forecasting across marketing channels. Oversee agency relationships, external vendors, and digital marketing partners to ensure high-quality execution and cost efficiency. Evaluate and implement emerging digital marketing technologies, automation platforms, AI-driven marketing tools, and best practices. Champion website optimization, user experience (UX), landing page performance, personalization, and A/B testing initiatives. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, brand standards, and digital marketing governance. Present marketing performance, strategic recommendations, and business insights to executive leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required. MBA or Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Proven experience developing and executing enterprise-level digital marketing strategies. Experience managing large digital marketing budgets and cross-functional marketing teams. Demonstrated success driving measurable business growth through digital channels. Preferred Skills Expertise in digital strategy, integrated marketing planning, and customer lifecycle marketing. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, social media marketing, email marketing, content strategy, and marketing automation.
