Operations Leader | Multi-Site Manufacturing & Distribution We are seeking a hands-on Operations Leader to oversee and improve operations across a growing multi-site manufacturing and distribution organization. This is an opportunity to help scale a entrepreneurial business by improving processes, building operational structure, and driving consistency across facilities. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations across multiple facilities Develop standardized processes, KPIs, and operational procedures Partner with leadership to support continued growth and scalability Lead ERP evaluation and implementation efforts Mentor and develop administration, operations, and plant teams Oversee administrative functions including HR, compliance, risk management, and office operations Qualifications 7+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing, assembly, distribution, or industrial environments Multi-site leadership experience preferred Strong process improvement and systems implementation background Experience in entrepreneurial or high-growth companies Comfortable working in legacy system environments (MAS 90, Excel) Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills What Success Looks Like Improved operational consistency and accountability Better inventory visibility and reporting Increased efficiency and scalability Successful progression toward ERP implementation A more structured, data-driven operation ready for continued growth If you excel in building process, improving execution, and helping growing companies scale, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
