Assembly Technician
- Perform manual assembly of fragile components with precision and care.
- Utilize production fixtures, coils, and raw materials to assemble products according to specifications.
- Follow detailed written instructions provided on production travel cards.
- Maintain accurate records of raw material lot numbers, production counts, assembly dates, and other process-related data.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and report any issues to management.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's part numbering systems, product components, and descriptions.
- Work collaboratively with the production and engineering teams to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle fragile components with care.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
- Ability to follow written instructions and maintain accurate production records.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
